Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru College of Agriculture (PAJANCOA) is an agricultural college established on 2 October 1987 at the village Serumavilangai in Karaikal district of the Union Territory of Pondicherry (formally Puducherry), India. It is an autonomous educational institution that comes under the control and supervision of the Government of Pondicherry and is affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore.

In 1997, PAJANCOA was upgraded to a Research Institute. Since then, it has been called Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru College of Agriculture and Research Institute (PAJANCOA & RI). In 1999-2000, the post graduation program was started. It has an ideal geography (225 acres with 6 ponds) to cultivate a student. A student can enjoy full fledged Internet facility. It is considered as the best institute next to the main campus. Due to rigorous training turn out will be considerably low. There is a saying among the students of this campus, One who finishes his/her training successfully, definitely he/she will be capable of facing any type of cumbersome.
It has created some administers (Mr.Jawahar IAS, Mr.Ulaganathan IAS and Mr.Chandru IFS). It has released a rice variety named KKLR1 (equivalent to CR 1009 and highly suitable for this region).
It has sovereignty over other colleges. That is why it mulls with the TNAU.
It has the best hostel among the other campuses. It has 1(P) Naval Unit which creates the eminent personalities under the in-charge of S.Lt. Dr. P. Pandiyan The alumni association is run by the pioneer batch student with Assistant professor Dr. Aruna.
